http://www.php.net/set_include_path
An FAQ entry at pear.php.net would not hurt us here, and should be added.

Understanding how include_path works is hardly expert installation
knowledge, but I digress.
I am happy to offer help, it is not intended to be anything but helpful.
All of the resources I offered are quite good, and will greatly enhance
any end programming goals. How do I know? I've used every single one
of them in my own work.
If it can help me to write phpDocumentor, PEAR 1.4, and the other
projects I'm involved in, chances are it may be helpful to you as well.
Take it or leave it, it's your choice.
