Hmm, I am very busy atm so I cant dive into this deeper.
But I think this is an error generated by the xml parser itself. So my
guess is that your document is not valid xml.
A good way to debug this would be to simplify your schema until it
works. Or by coyping small parts into a new schema until it does not
work anymore.
Unfortunately we don't have a DTD yet. If someone as XMLSpy I am sure he
could quickly generate one for us (*hint*).
