As popular as the idea appears to be, I -> find this an unintuitive control in just about every case. I've a multiselect combo that have thousand of items. Sometimes I need to select all (">>") items. Sometimes I need to select none ("<<") items. Sometimes I need to select several items that I want to choose (">") Sometimes I need to select several items that I want to not choose ("<") I would to use CTRL key in order to choice items, but this is inconveninence because the selection is very large and hold on CTRL key from 1 or 2 minutes can be annoy. At the momment, "select" quickform object hasn't that feature. It only works with CTRL key on multiselect mode. I understand that in order to create this feature (">",">>","<","<<" buttons), I need to use JavaScript. How can I do to create this "advancedMultiSelect" class on QuickForm ? Or fix actual "Select" class ? Thank you!! ...(this reply countinue below sign...) Mac ..The PhP_KiD -> I considered using this recently to set the order of menu blocks in a -> web app I'm writing, and eventually decided to go with something like -> this: -> -> Active | Block Name | -> [x] Users: New Users Move Up | Move Down -> [ ] Users: Profile Move Up | Move Down -> [x] Admin: Options Move Up | Move Down -> Have you an url working with this example ? -> Since I think users are more likely to understand the concept of moving -> objects up and down, then adding and subtracting them from seperate -> lists. -> .. -> > -> -> > -> > Have anyobody patched "QuickForm/select.php" in order to -> > -> > get Multiple Select like this: ?? -> > -> > -> > -> > -> > -> > +--------+ +--------+ -> > -> >| opt. 1 | >> | opt. 1 | -> > -> >| opt. 2 | > | opt. 2 | -> > -> >| opt. 3 | < | | -> > -> >| opt. 4 | << | | -> > -> >| ... | | | -> > -> > +--------+ +--------+ -> > -> > -> > -> > ^^ ^^ -> > -> > Initial combobox Selected options -> > -> > -> > -> > Please, noticed buttons ">>", ">","<<","<" between -> > -> > select multiples. -> > -> > That buttons must be are managed by JavaScript. -> > -> -> > -> This exist only on my todo list ;-) -> > -> -> > -> But it should work also without Javascript... -> > ->
