One might also want to check PHPTal (looks quite interesting) or ModeliXe.
One thing to remember is that having logic is your templates, while very
useful will make it almost impossible for designers to use.
If deigners are involved you should use a simple templating system, all the
hard work will be done in the php script by the developpers.
I'm sure somebody has some bookmarks about that :)
