You do not need lynx. Get go-pear.php and run it php -q go-pear.php.
At least you should have wget:
wget http://go-pear.php
mv index.html go-pear.php <<== or run php index.html ;)
php -q go-pear
or even easier (dunno which php version do you have)
php -r "include 'http://go-pear.org'"
