MSI installer.

The default directory was just "PHP" - and there was no go-pear.bat
file, in the PHP directory, or any of the three sub-directories (BACKUP,
sessiondata or uploadtemp).
I selected the IIS option, and entered my smtp/e-mail information, but
other than that, accepted all settings as offered.
