New to PHP - Installing PEAR on Windows

I have installed PHP 4.3.3 successfully on my Windows XP Pro machine
(running IIS), and would like to also install PEAR DB.
The PEAR documentation seems to indicate that PEAR should be included with
this version of PHP, but "go-pear.bat" is nowhere to be found.
Am I missing something? I tried both the Standard and Advanced installs,
but had no luck either way. Any help would be appreciated!
