I haven't yet worked with http_webdav_server. But from my
understanding of webdav you need a certain URL with a path under
which a server-software / script handles the webdav-requests (http-
post-data and http-headers that are being sent to the server). In
your initial email you said something about mod_rewrite. So I assume
that e.g. you wish to make a write like:
/ => webdav.php
everything begin / or being "under /" (meaning /dir1 or something)
will always call webdav.php when executed, right? And when you move
into a folder dir2 the URL that's called becomes /dir1/dir2 (to my
knowledge of webdav). So instead of using / you could use
/webdav.php, where webdav is your server-component.
Hope this helped a bit. Correct me if I'm wrong in any way with my
thoughts / assumptions. Sorry, currently I don't have time to set up
a webdav myself ...
