Prefixes for packages according to every category

Hi, since with DataGrid the request has been raised by Lukas that all packages should use the category-prefix, I'd like to propose to include the official prefix for every category in the manual somewhere. Maybe simply in brackets after the category-name? Somebody got a better suggestion? As a first step I think we need to clarify about the prefixes (and maybe about the categories itself).
