Hello list,
I would like to have the vdump extension listed in PECL. The idea is quite simple: It adds a function vdump_dump($file) which allows the programmer to dump all variables to $file which can be a great aid in debugging.
The code can be found at https://github.com/hexon/php-vdump.
About me: I'm 22 years old, employed at Hexon B.V. (A Dutch company providing ICT services for the automotive industry.) and spend some time in patching PHP for our purposes. I hope to be able to open-source some more code we wrote, but most things are not really useful to others.
