Encrypted zipfile support?

Hello Pecl-dev. I was wondering if someone with knowledge of the zipformat could add support for enrypted zipfiles. I think that could greatly improve the use of the current zip module. For example, there was a client a while ago that needed confidental data uploaded and then extracted and parsed. Don't ask me why zip, but that was it anyway. Zip support should be fully supported since it's so common under windows.
