It looks like it's ready to bring into PECL, but I did have a question and a
suggestion:
Are multibyte PCM units assumed to be signed or unsigned? And what are their
endian orientations?
Do you envision adding a wrapper interface to this extension? Audio seems
like something ripe for streaming...
Always pass-by-ref arguments (such as sfinfo in sndfile_open()) should
probably be forced_by_ref so that the user doesn't have to remember that
part during call-time.
