http extension

Hi, I'd like to publish my work on an http extension through pecl. There's no magic in, it just provides some IMHO useful functions. It resembles many of the (outgoing) HTTP functionality currently available through PEARs HTTP, HTTP_Header and HTTP_Download. If it seems valuable for making it publicly available, I wonder if it's ok for Sara if the http_build_query() functionality is bundled with this extension. It's already needed by http_redirect() and would be available for PHP4, too, then.
