Hi,
Has there been a major api change or something in moving from 5.0 to 5.1 ?
I know there's going to be differences when the unicode stuff is merged into HEAD, but I'm seeing some very strange issues right now with a large number of different pecl modules. Specifically, what I'm seeing is that phpize;./configure;make;make install; all look to work absolutly fine - but then get lots of warnings like this:
PHP Warning: PHP Startup: Invalid library (maybe not a PHP library) 'apd.so' in Unknown on line 0
This is happening with apd, xdebug and mcrypt so far.
Strangely, it's not happening with pdo_mysql, mysql, mysqli or fileinfo.
Only tested on Debian so far.
Any pointers here would be useful. I don't _think_ I'm doing anything too stupid, but willing to believe that I could be.
Cheers,
