Thanks. I am sorry that I didn't remember that you'd sent it already
but I had found it and there is no documentation other than the source
code, and some CVS comments. SPL_Types does seem similar, however
there is no SPLString or SPLArray yet (presumably because ArrayObject
does something similar).
There is only a constructor method thus far, so not much of the
functionality being discussed here has been implemented (as a release)
yet.
