Despertae need for working MailParse Binary PHP 5

Why do PHP / Developers ignore the windows users when they create the extensions, I have been looking for ages for this binary and don't know what to do. I have even tried to compile on my windows machine using DEV C++ environment but it says I am missing php.h file and loads of other errors. So if someone has a binary that works on php 5 then let me know please, or a good link to learn how to compile these bloody things on windows to get them to work would be great. I have downloaded from the PHP downloads an unstable release of mailparse, when I add this to my php.ini file it throws up a start up error. I have mbstring and mailparse both enabled but it will not work. Any help appreciated this is an urgent request Cheers Ian
