Good grammar says make your points, not side points. I strongly suggest using some variation of the wording I put forth in my last email. The paragraph is trying to make two points. Separating them into distinct sentences will be easier to grasp. If you insist on this wording, at least put in a comma between "free usage" and "the projects."
