Looks like makedist didn't properly generate the INI parser/scanner .[ch] files for some reason.
You'd need bison 1.28 and flex 2.54 to get PHP 4.0.7RC1 to compile...

You won't get imap support then. Well, I didn't change my setup and configuring with --with-imap didn't work as the configure script told me to use --with-imap-ssl 'as my IMAP lib seemed to had been compiled with SSL support' (for info, I build imap with default options: makefile neb)'. Did you try with the php-4.0.7RC1.tar.zg? Yes, this is plain php-4.0.7RC1.tar.gz downloaded on php.net/~zend following the announcement on php-dev@. I hadn't built PHP since 4.0.6 though so I believe many things have changed since.--with-imap-ssl=/u/guest/www/mbin/emeri/i386-NetBSD/libThis is incorrect. It does not expect that path. Or are your libs in /u/guest/www/mbin/emeri/i386-NetBSD/lib/lib ? Yes, there's a link in lib/lib because it was very hard to have consistent paths for both headers and libs. I already reported this with PHP 3.0.x but, well, it's been working flawlessly for years now.zend_language_scanner.c:2697: warning: parameter names (without types)infunction declaration yacc -p ini_ -v -d ./zend_ini_parser.y -o zend_ini_parser.c usage: yacc [-dlrtv] [-b file_prefix] [-o outputfile] [-psymbol_prefix] filename*** Error code 1Huh? Are you sure the sources are fresh? Yes, I believe so and I've been building nightly snapshots every week for more than a year with the same setup until 4.0.6 where I took some vacation. :) -- Olivier.Cahagne@epita.fr -- PHP Quality Assurance Mailing List <http://www.php.net/> To unsubscribe, e-mail: php-qa-unsubscribe@lists.php.net For additional commands, e-mail: php-qa-help@lists.php.net To contact the list administrators, e-mail: php-list-admin@lists.php.net
