In the more distant past, I used to compile the 'installer version' and
Daniel built the full zip distribution. Clearly this was a little silly, and
for the more recent releases we have got our acts together and I put the
'installer version' together from bits taken from the full zip distibution.
Without wishing to dump work or responsibilty upon anyone, I think that this
qualifies Daniel as windowsbuildmeister :)
