Do we have a clear understanding of whether this issue, for whatever it is, exited in 4.0.6 or not?
If it's not new, I want to announce 4.1.0 as planned. If it is new, we'll have to postpone and figure out what happened.
I believe $PHP_SELF has *always* been broken under mysterious unknown circumstances on Windows...
I am more concerned that this problem has now apparently migrated to Zak's Un*x box?... Or am I mis-remembering the emails of this thread?...
