It would be nice to *see* it on each function page, but perhaps it makes
sense for maintenance to just have it on the ref page...
Except for functions added in a recent version of Foobar x.y.z, but I guess
they'd be recent to PHP as well, so that would show up with the planned
functionality of version tracking in the docs.
