4.2.1 on Windows

Apparently nobody else can reproduce this, but since it happens on my NT
machine and I don't know why, can anyone at least let me know what's going
on.
When I run 4.2.1t from the command line with php -i I get the error:
input buffer overflow - can't enlarge buffer because scanner uses REJECT
I get the same error if I access any php file via the webserver (IIS4 in my
case).
