Hmm, if you use the php.net supplied ones, Ive had no issues with PHP
and IIS 5.1 - in fact, its my dev environment (one of )
put cgi.force_redirect=0 as the top line in your php.ini and check there
isnt another - I found there was another turning it on in the ini file I
got.
