I can't reproduce this but I can't get IIS 5.1 to work with PHP 4.21 CGI
either, whether I turn cgi_force_redirect on or off as recommended. I always
get the following error (using Edins release binaries on
ftp.proventum.net/php/)
Security Alert! The PHP CGI cannot be accessed directly.
This PHP CGI binary was compiled with force-cgi-redirect enabled. This means
that a page will only be served up if the REDIRECT_STATUS CGI variable is
set, e.g. via an Apache Action directive.
