Does PHP 4.2.3 still work with Apache 2.0.40?
It would be good to describe the Apache requirements somewhere.
In install.txt it does not mention Apache 2 at all.
In the news file it states changes to the Apache module, but not mention any
specific Apache versions.
If it ends up working with Apache 2.0.40 I will edit the install.txt file
and send it to you, so that you can consider including it in the release.
Does that sound good?
Maybe that will help getting the Apache - PHP version problems under
control.

Right. You need apache 2.0.43 for PHP 4.3.0.
