translation? Babelfish is today not the right tool.
well, the CVS mechanism is for versioning only, of course the machines behind that translations will be you and me, working while all beer pubs are closed and animals are sleeping (in germany) ;)
but´ll be much easier for *everyone* to translate the parts which are not up to date, because they can translate it *without* the need for reading the whole document to verify its overall validity
