I too would like to be able to have better access to the core developers - however, I wonder how we can do this effectively and humanely :)And finally, I would like to have a archive/library team that scours the mailing lists looking for possible bugs, gleaning useful tips and collection the scattered wisdom of the developers. At first we should establish a line to the core-devs, I´ve noticed that they do not follow every (in my eyes) important thread on the list, thus we should be able to push them condensed information and force answers we´re able to publish and to explain if questions arise (one issue is references at the moment where I´d appreciate some small comment).
Thus we need to define who these are Top-Level-Core-Devs are Andi and Zeev (maybe more), I think they´ve an answer to anything, because they´ve written zend. Core-Devs having an answer to almost anything seems to be Sascha, Stas and Andrei (determined by frequency of replies, maybe more here too). Mod-Devs I know (written from memory) are Harmut (sessions) and Andreas (ODBC). I think we should correct and complete this list.Don't forget Rasmus - the man has a brain the size of a planet. :)
Ah yes... for several hours my brain was a 1.5 kilo loaf of meltable homogenous mystery loaf - it was most enjoyable. ;) -zakNow, I am going to go take some painkillers and watch TV until my brain turns into a loaf of soy cheese. Wish me luck! See you tomorrow. :)hope you had success ;)
