It's been on my personal TODO list for almost a year now... It's not that
high priority I guess :)
Anyway, there are a couple of VB scripts that (through the Windows
Scripting Host) give you an interface to the IIS metabase. I looked into
them about a year ago and thought about implementing the necessary logic
in PHP, but never got around to it. The problem is that it's very much
possible that the COM module of PHP would have to be improved in order to
support all of the necessary functionality to manipulate the metabase...
