The subject pretty much says it all. I've got a Redhat 6.2 box running
Secure Web Server 3.2 (Apache 1.3.12) and PHP4RC1 using persistant connections
to an Oracle 8i server on another box.
When the 8i server is restarted, all PHP persistant connections that were
pinned up before the 8i reboot continue to fail. Shouldn't there be some
error recovery built in that wouldn't require an apache restart?
