OK, I tracked down the source of my bison/flex problems.
In MSVC++, go to:
[Tools]->[Options...]->
Look for the tab "Directories"
Select "Show Directories For Executable Files"
Make sure C:\Program Files\Cygnus\H-i586-cygwin32\bin
(or whereever, this is the default) is listed.
Select "Show Directories for Include Files"
Make sure you have:
C:\Projects\Libzend
C:\Projects\Binlib_w32
C:\Projects\php4 (maybe not needed?)
Select "Show Directories for Library Files"
Make sure that the locations of resolv.lib and
libzend.lib are listed
Here's another warning (can't remember if I already brought this one up or
not)
LINK : warning LNK4098: defaultlib "MSVCRT" conflicts with use of other
libs; use /NODEFAULTLIB:library
