Brian pointed me to the tmp directory stuff and the problem was simple:
I had installed the tmp directory on drive c: and it had the HIDDEN
attribute set and bison didn`t find it !
Now i removed the HIDDEN attribute and everything works fine. Aaaarg.
This can`t be the truth. Well.
Thanks for all those hints from you. But there is one more left. The
C++ Project has no directive for parsedate.y, so it has to be done from
the command line (which now works fine).
