| We might instantiate a group which "blesses" packages which
| follow certain rules. That way, we can differentiate between
| official packages (which follow our rules) and others. Then
| we just need to tell the user to use only official packages.
Good idea. This "blessing" could for example be being listed somewhere
official-looking on the web site.
