Let me clarify the above message. Some people apparently saw
some kind of virtual endorsement for Amazon.
I hope that the patent will be terminated ASAP. But if Amazon
simply stops the law suit, the patent will _not_ be tested in
court and will _continue_ to be valid. If the process
continues, B&N will have a chance to prove that the patent is
void. That is the reason why I hope B&N will win this case.
