Thanks a lot, it is now installed!
However, when configuring PHP (CVS 19991228) with gd-1.5, I still have the
same problems.
--with-gd=/usr/lib
Configure shows:
checking whether to include GD support... yes (static)
checking for gdImageString16 in -lgd... yes
checking for gdImageColorResolve in -lgd... no
checking for gdImageCreateFromPng in -lgd... no
checking for gdImageCreateFromGif in -lgd... no
After build, phpinfo() reports:
gd
Version between 1.3 and 1.6.1 which supports:
------------------
and nothing more.
It seems I can use som image functions (imagecreate(), imagecolorallocate()
etc), but when trying to make a GIF, I get Fatal error: Call to undefined
function: imagegif().
What is this??
