The issue is that Apache is typically VC6; whereas IIS is VC9. Add to that bitness and thread-safe
vs. non-thread safe and you have a mess of builds. Is a universal build possible?
I suspect that the non-thread-safe, 32bit, VC9 version is the best version for most users, but
that's a guess really.
