Not sure if anyone remembers the previous mockup, but this one adds icons and makes the footer look more like the header (as per Hannes suggestion). The footer needs more thought to figure out what links it should contain and how they should be presented, but I'm more interested in hearing what you guys think about the layout, the icons and the information that I chose to feature in the 2x2 grid and sidebar. Here are my points that it could be worth to consider: - I'm still a bit afraid that when the toggle bar is not expanded it will have too much of white space, adding some more space with darker color would be nice (maybe the news section could get a background color?) - the firs line of footer looks like the line below the main menu which is with interaction with menu items, it might be confusing for users, I would rather keep the color solid (just like the last bottom footer line). - instead of having centred text in the four middle boxes I suggest to have it justified
