The photos are pulled from the flickr group pool 'http://www.flickr.com/groups/elephpants/'.
I am under the impression this pool is moderated somehow.
I don't envision it being fully dynamic though. I have a script that downloads the photos using
flickr's rest api and was planning to check some in. We would then serve them randomly
(aggregated in some fashion) from php.net (and mirrors) rather than from flickr.
