Hello,
I've noticed that you have an rsync server running, but that your
version control repositories aren't available for anonymous read-only
downloading via rsync.
I'm setting up a read-only local mirror of your source repositories
because:
at&t bandwidth caps + a large number of large projects I use + netflix
streaming = obscene "overage" charges.
But: local repositories + automated updating + local building = lower
bandwidth usage per month than downloading lots of builds.
I realize that there are mechanisms like svnsync and git cloning, but
they are *extremely* slow compared to what rsync can do (for one
project, svnsync took about 24 hours for the initial sync). So would it
be possible for you to make the repositories available for anonymous
*read-only* rsync access?
Thanks!
