Daniel, Raw telnet (bypassing the proxy) works correctly. Access to mirrors (ca2.php.net, us.php.net) works correctly with and without proxy. I am not aware of any special headers in our requests, but here is what we are sending: GET http://www.php.net/ HTTP/1.1 Accept: text/html, application/xhtml+xml, */* Accept-Language: en-US User-Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (compatible; MSIE 9.0; Windows NT 6.1; WOW64; Trident/5.0) Accept-Encoding: gzip, deflate Host: www.php.net If-Modified-Since: Wed, 15 Aug 2012 17:00:14 GMT Proxy-Connection: Keep-Alive Cookie: COUNTRY=USA%2C63.238.139.251 Let me know if I can provide any additional detail. What happens when you manually hit the box via Telnet? What about a mirror (I have full access to ca2.php.net, so you can try that one)? -- </Daniel P.
