From: oistein dot notnas at mtu dot no Operating system: Windows XP PHP version: Irrelevant PHP Bug Type: Website problem Bug description: bugs.php.net not specifying character encoding Description: ------------ bugs.php.net seem to use character encoding iso-8859-1, but does not specify it anywhere unlike www.php.net which has a meta tag specifying UTF-8. <meta http-equiv="Content-Type" content="text/html; charset=utf-8"/> bugs.php.net only has the following in header: Content-Type text/html Should be Content-Type: text/html; charset=ISO-8859-1 or should include a tag <meta http-equiv="Content-Type" content="text/html; charset=ISO-8859-1"/> Or maybe it should be UTF-8 ?
