Since the websites are not directly updated from the SVN server, the fix might need some time to spread across the globe to all mirror sites, including PHP.net itself. Watching my bug report in ISO-8859-1 will give æ, ø and Ã¥ instead of æ, ø and å. Same as the example in ISO-8859-1 displays as "�", "�" or "�" in UTF-8. ------------------------------------------------------------------------ [2008-11-25 08:55:57] oistein dot notnas at mtu dot no Description: ------------ bugs.php.net seem to use character encoding iso-8859-1, but does not specify it anywhere unlike www.php.net which has a meta tag specifying UTF-8. <meta http-equiv="Content-Type" content="text/html; charset=utf-8"/> bugs.php.net only has the following in header: Content-Type text/html Should be Content-Type: text/html; charset=ISO-8859-1 or should include a tag <meta http-equiv="Content-Type" content="text/html; charset=ISO-8859-1"/> Or maybe it should be UTF-8 ?
