I'm happy to help with CSS tweaks or whatever you need, but I'm not clear on what exactly you need. Do you have a graphic or example that the site should match so we know what needs tweaking? Both :D "Minor tweaks" are needed for manual index pages like [1][2][3][4][5]. A 'complete redesign' of the frontpage, and download pages, are also needed. There was a link to a mockup of a new frontpage on the wiki, but that server is no longer available.. so its pretty much 'artists choice' :] I personally am a fan of [5] like index pages.. The root phpweb pages, like[6], also need a friend. And it isn't only css we need help with.. Writing the "Get Involved" section (linked from Community) also needs to be done..
