I am seeking a way to test my php codes offline prior to uploading them to
my website. I have tried installing PHP 3.0.16 along with Apache 1.3.12
(both for Win32) and have had no luck. I have Windows 95 as my operating
system. I just want to be able to make sure my code operates error-free and
as I want it to before making it available to those that use my site.
Please help.
