What about .dll ?

Hello, I'm a beginner in the php programming and I still working now in windows 95 with PWS. I use PHPed as editor and version 4.0.1pl2 of PHP. I want to do exercise with DBM and ODBC but I found several problem. In the file php.ini there is the setting for the php_dbm.dll and php_odbc.dll but I don't found them in the php-4.0.1pl2-win32.zip package. If I tray to use dbmopen() the system will answer with: Fatal error: Call to undefined function: dbmopen() in C:\Programmi\WEBSVR\php4\phpA043.php on line 2 I don't found the DLL on the Net Is it possible to query database without this DLL, or where could I found them ?
