i find an old php4-cgi-installation somewhere in the path, after removing
it, anything works fine!
But it is a strange thing. Starting apache in the apache-dir, php found its
libarys easily, otherwise
starting apache via servics, the webserver noticed error in loading php ...
but now it works, so never
change a running system (until the next fine release of apache or php =8:)
