do you have PHP running as a service or CGI executable.
i had to tell Apache how to handle PHP files for parsing.
i think something similar is needed for CGI install also.
# Add PHP4 support to Apache2.0.4x
#
LoadModule php4_module D:/var/php/sapi/php4apache2.dll
AddType application/x-httpd-php .php .php3 .phtml
AddType application/x-httpd-php-source .phps
b/c it looks like the PHP parser is running,
only Apache complains about what it did.
