Re: IE vs Netscape browser, performance

I've always experienced a huge delay submitting forms on Windows 2000 with IIS when accessing files on localhost with Netscape. Internet Explorer on local host or Netscape on remote files didn't cause such a problem. Never been able to figure out what was causing it. Seems that it's not PHP related, though.
