You get this error when php doesn't output anything at all. This is usually
because it hasn't actually run.
There are many reasons why it may not have run, for example:
PHP couldn't start up because of a permission, configuration or missing file
problem. See if you can run php.exe -i from the command line. If you get an
error message, that may give you a clue.
Check that your anonymous web user has the right to log on locally. As a
temporary measure (if your machine is not connected to the world), you can
set the anonymous web user to an administrator. If that fixes the problem,
then it's a permissions issue.
Check that the php file you are accessing really exists.
Try a very simple php file just containing <?php phpinfo();?>
Double check settings in php.ini.
Good luck!
