But the fix helps for CLI/CGI at least.so we're doing this twice now? i actually noticed (and sent mail to -dev) the mentioned ini problem some time ago. i'm not sure if this will actually fix it completely because the per-request memory manager (e*() functions) is not guaranteed to be in an defined state beween reqeuest and thereby should not be used in the ini-system at all...
