Bug description: Can't start Apache 2.2.14 with PHP 5.2.11

There is a error from windows event viewer:
Faulting application httpd.exe, version 2.2.14.0, faulting module
php5ts.dll, version 5.2.11.11, fault address 0x000f330d.
Steps to reproduce:
1. Install Apache 2.2.14
2. Stop Apache 2.2 service
3. Install PHP 5.2.11 and select web server Apache 2.2 with defining
config path
4. Run Apache 2.2 service
